The bed was big and very comfortable. hotel is very central and very clean

We had an enjoyable stay but thought that the extra â£20 charge for early check in should have been shown clearly on the booking form or on the confirmation email. the staff were very friendly
The bathroom was spotless and the pressure in the shower was excellent.

I would have liked to have known that the luxury room was not available when taking pets. i would also like to have known that there were very limited areas where to walk with dogs other than taking the car. it was not a problem to have the normal room in fact this was what i was originally looking for. the behaviour of the manager when we arrived resulted in complete embarrassment for me in front of my partner for whom i had arranged the treat for her birthday. my partner also... Overall the hotel was acceptable and very good value for money only spoilt by the heating issue on arrival.
Friendly and very homely.excellent choice of dinner and good breakfast.good parking.
