Ok Very clean and the staff was helpfull. I booked on line and on arrival there was no record of the booking even though i received a confirmation email. if the hotel was fully booked it would have been very inconvenient to book another venue,... ( Note : 15/20 - le 23/02/2009 - Activehotels )

Overall ok. nothing exceptional but nothing drastic either Good location, car parking provided free, reasonable breakfast Wooden flooring in the room, no proper wardrobe, room was opposite the lifts so a bit noisy... ( Note : 15/20 - le 21/02/2009 - Activehotels )

Pricey for what it was. check in was particularly slow. Good location. good bed and pillows. good parking. Check in was slow. room was a bit noisy (overlooking a lot of balconies of other rooms on which people went out to smoke and talk)... ( Note : 14/20 - le 31/10/2007 - Activehotels )

It is worthy of gbp 70, not 80 quid. it is a pity that cups were dirty even other performance is good. Facility, food and cleanliness of linen is good. performance of staffs at reception and restaurant is good. accidentally a window was not close and a concierge decided to change a room immediately. Tea/coffee cups at a room and a restaurant were not clean. food remains.... ( Note : 14/20 - le 14/04/2009 - Activehotels )

3rd time of staying there, probably the last time. Lovely setting Took over 15 minutes to be seen when booking in, mnade me late for the event i travelled up for! room smelled of stale cigarettes, had to open window to try and freshen up as much as possible. room was in annexe, so far away from leisure complex in main hotel that put me off bothering to use the pool/jacuzzi....
