We got a good rate for a superior room by booking one of their pre-pay 'no changes/no cancellations' offers. we were really impressed with the friendly staff and clean, large, comfortable room. all the small extra features like free local custard tarts, chocolates, fresh flowers in the room and good hairdryer added to our enjoyment. the bathroom was great with an overhead shower and hermes toiletries. and the most comfortable bed we'd ever slept in! the... No negative comment regarding the accommodation, definitely 5star. Excellent standard of accomodation, stylish and comfortable. could not fault the room or the service. The rates are extremely high if not internet discount is available. i would not book the room at the standard quoted rate, however occassionally after much searching i find a reduced rate that is far more reasonable.... E'. un ottimo e piacevole albergo, posto in posizione eccellente. l'.accoglienza è ottima e i servizi pure, a parte l'.interruzione del servizio ascensore, che per qualche ora è stato supplito da quello di servizio. la postazione per accedere ad intenet è una soltanto. sarebbe opportuno averne almeno due.... Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break, most suited to business travellers or short leisure stays, perhaps less suitable for young families, especially as no fridge & no restaurant on site or immediately nearby. overall an excellent hotel, definitely worthy of its 3 stars. Very new, modern, clean hotel in central location. staff helpful& friendly, especially the young lady on reception. very good rates available online. room...
