There was inadequate parking facilities. we were advised to park at the ibis whch had only 15 spaces all were full. all of the staff were of foreign origin and sometimes difficulties arose in explaining your needs. we ordered two breakfasts to be delivered to ur room and only recieved one. after phoning room service we were told that another would be delivered in 5 minutes. by the time we checked out it still had not arrived.therefore, we had to share one cup, cutlery and had half... Clean modern facilities and spaciousness of the room.

It should be well highlighted that the booking is definitive, without possibility to change.
The fact that i could book by internet, that the hotel was close to the venue of the conference, the hotel was ok.

We enjoyed our stay finding the hotel from hethrow was very simple. the cleanliness was very important i have high standards and these were met. i was disapointed with our room as far as it was supposed to be a superior one and it was not much differnt to our friends who had a standard.the food in the restaurant was excellent. the staff in the bar area were great. we would deffinately stay here again, just in a standard room.

The location
The location was perfect for what we required, hotel accommodation was in general fair, but believe something could be done regarding the kitchen smells lingering throughout the building, particulary when guests are having breakfast, the rooms deffinately needed a through dusting with attention needed on the ceiling, curtain tops and main light fittings....
