The hotel is in the very centre of grenoble, but also just 15 minutes walking distance from tran station and cablecare for the neighbouring fortress. it is also just few meters from little plazza, full of shops and restaurants. location is excellent. the staff is really friendly and helpfull, english speaking. we actually forgot to take a change for our bill and receptionist run after us to return it! rooms are basic, but with all you need - bathroom and nice view on the street....
