We were only there one night. it was a beautiful room. the zocalo was somewhat noisy due to work at night. the only problem was that the beds were hard as a rock and i could not have slept in it another night.... ( Note : 17/20 - le 29/08/2007 - Venere )

7 of us stayed in 3 separate double rooms and all of us had problems getting hot water. we also had a major misunderstanding with breakfast - firstly a person allergic to crustacea was unexpectedly served prawns, secondly, there was no way of telling from the breakfast menu what was included with our complimentary breakfast and what wasn't. we ended up in a massive argument over this, and the manager agreed not to charge us for the dishes we had assumed were free - then on...
