We were very upset that our two night stay was ruined by you double booking our room and having to spend the first night away from our group of friends in a sub standard hotel. this ruined our whole stay.

Good location, full of character. a somewhat quirky room with its own distinctive smell (or was it a ghostly visitation)?! relaxed atmosphere and good food, though the bar/waiting staff were a little over-relaxed - seemed to be lots of loud socialising despite being on duty.
