As only used as a stopover to get some rest its very comfortable and value for money. Overall an excellent hotel , friendly , welcoming. Checkout . with only the porter on early morning we were wating 20 minutes till he came back to desk . my wife had a plane to catch so time was very important . this is not a complaint more an observation thats all .... Excellent hosts check in needs attention. Very friendly staff on the bar and restaraunt, extremeley polite and always smiling. Reception, staff drafted in who obviously hadn't been trained.... ( Note : 15/20 - le 25/02/2009 - Activehotels )
