We selected hotel for its location beside railway station and proximity to city centre, opera house etc. atmosphere was very relaxed and staff helpful. we dodn't use restaurant on this visit but hope to do so in may/june when we plan to stay again and see a show.

Enjoyed my stay. the position of the hotel was excellent for visiting the nia which was the purpose of my visit. was impressed by standard of cleanliness in room and the good job done by cleaners. overall, i had all the information i required before my visit and can't think of anything else i needed to know. the only thing i would mention is,the the hotel does feel a bit clinical and impersonal.

Not good. poor service, shown three rooms on booking in due to over booking and smelly room room cold. eating my meal in freezing cold bar with my coat and scarf on??

Overall it was excellent, even though the bed sheets wasen't to great, we had heaters and a/c in the room. and i would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The facilities and equipment was good, the staff were really friendly. over all me and my friends had a great time and we were all pleased about the value for money.
