I asked for 2 non smoking rooms and one of them was full of smoke. when a change was requested we were told that they were not available. we wanted to change hotels, it was impossible to stay there with that smell. they found another room and we were satisfied.... Nel complesso ritornerei a soggiornare nello stesso albergo.
Ampio parcheggio, struttura nuova e luminosa. camere pulite. buffet della colazione vario e di buona qualita'.

Air condition generated big noise and asked to fix. service man came late and tried 2 times but not solved, then finally changed the room. that was big inconvenience for me and my wife, because, we had to move many things those are already unpacked. no apology from hotel people except service man....
