Food and air conditioning
On our return home, the hotel sent an email to say we had not appeared at the hotel and so they had charged a no show to my card. however we did stay and we paid. if the money is not replaced, we will be very annoyed. it does not give a good impression of their check in process.... We enjoyed our stay at kinzica so much that we altered our plans and returned at the end of our italy vacation, just to stay another night. (we tried for 2, but the kinzica was booked for one of them.) 2 additional comments: patricia was just wonderful: warm, generous, friendly and helpful. we were happy to have met her. the next comment concerns our second stay, on september 25th. after enjoying a wonderful meal at the kinzica ristorante but not yet ready to leave the dining room...
