Upon entering you have to go upstairs to reception - where is the sign for the elevator? totally hated the decor theme. lack of atmosphere in the place. i left my travel clock behind when leaving and called for it upon my return a week later. it was recorded as being found. the helpful staff spent twenty minutes looking for it and couldn't find it. next day i got a call to say it had been found and they would forward it to me. i think the silly decor spoils this place - personal...
