I could not get accomodation in the hotel. the hotel manager stated that they do not have any contract with venere.com. my advice to venere.com that they should provide booking facilities only for properties with whom they have contract. ranking is given in this feedback form as it was essential by you. who is resopnsible for the inconveniences caused to me due to this???...
