Hotel accomodations were excellent, staff was overall very nice. two details that were not so positive, at the check in we were told that reserved king size room was not available, only double which was fine but this has not left very good first impression. also by the third morning of our stay complimentary tea bags were not refilled making the morning start less relaxing....
