The hotel had everything we needed -- not luxurious, but well kept. it was convenient and good value.
The dining room and bar/lounge had a nice view of st. ives harbour. the hotel had a reasonable amount of convenient parking and was an easy walk down to the st. ives restaurants and shops.
The walls and floor/ceilings are very thin. we were woken up early sat. morning by children running around in the room above us.... ( Note : 16/20 - le 27/03/2008 - Activehotels )

We visited with friends as an overnight stay. even though the hotel was due to close on sunday for refurbishment and they were running on skeleton staff it did not affect the efficiency in any way. we had a lovely stay and the food in the restaurant was superb. we requested a sea view room for our friends as a treat as we arrived and the staff where more than happy to oblige. it is in a beautiful location. would highly recommend to anyone.
