The sizes of the double rooms were not so expected,,,ie: smaller than expected
The great relaxing location of the hotel makes it an excellent place to spend a real relaxing time.

This hotel came up to our expectations. our room was tastefully furnished and clean, plenty of tea/coffee makings. other than the smokers chatting under our window and the live music,a small matter,no complaints.
The terrific location, view from the room, friendliness of the staff, great breakfast and choice of food on bar menu.

This was above average accommodation with everything needed to have an away weekend. the breakfast was amply provided in the fridge for us to get up and cook at our leisure. this suited us perfectly. would consider returning to see some more cornwall delights!
Everything seemed new, clean and modern with a homely feel to it.
