The information provided said that we could check in from 3pm, however the literature that the hotel produced said that check in was possible from 2pm which i found to be inconsistent.

The hotel generally was very clean and well kept. the breakfast was very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. the location was good, being close to the centre and on one of the main routes into shanklin. all in all, excellent value for money - would definitely use it again.

This accommodation exceeded expectations and was one of the best b&bs i have stayed in.

As i said, it is not a expensive hotel which is two star. it just takes 10 mins walk to the beach and it's near the town centre. the facilities in the hotel such as swimming pool are very good. overall, it's nice.
The price is not expensive for a two-star hotel and the surroundings are quite nice.

The hotel offered just what i needed , super meals and confortable bed , the bar was cosy although i didn't care for the live music but saying that i did enjoy the wireless internet environment that gave me a chance to catch up on my work . for a 2 star hotel this one is well on top of the list , should be superior or at least 3 stars !

Easy to find. all ameneties and local sights within walking distance. hotel situated in a lovely quiet road and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is possibly one of the worst hotels i have stayed at. there was a total lack of staff available. the room was very musty and the kettle took about 30 minutes to boil. the bathroom was dirty and mouldy. a member of staff had the audacity to complain as i went to breakfast 10 minutes early. the breakfast room was not set out for start of breakfast and the food was appalling. it was severely overcooked and tastleless. i would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
