The bed was hard and the noise kept us awake for both nights (mast on the roof). the food in both bar and resteraunt were appalling quality and expensive. the food was not complicated or difficult but burning pease takes some doing!! the restaurant was cold and uninviting to stay for meal- not conducive to a pleasant evening. Overall stay excellent although being kept waiting on checkout, while one of the staff was on the phone, another member of staff was just sitting in the back office, i would of appreciated it if this person had attended desk and booked me out. The staff delt with all the problems i had with my room The room was small, old fashioned, and when i arrived and for the first night the radiator was very noisy and kept me awake. the pillow was very old, small and gave me neck ache. small single bed-the place was just a bit old fashioned...
