Overall very very good. the hotel was aware that we were arriving 3 hours before the check-in time and our room was made available (cleaned etc). i didnt get my newspaper though!

You should change the dining room seating for more traditional tables that are more aligned to the style and feeling of the old inn

Inappropriate bench style seating and dark dingy lighting in dining room. the style and confort of the indian restaurant type benchs is aboslutely out of place at ye olde bell, and lighting that clearly leave bulbs apparent to eyes, are not the best part of the experience when...
