Déco de l'hotel, et sa situation géographique. Le service n'était pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. le ménage incomplet (le lit fait, mais des canettes de coca vides pas jetées). le room service incompétent : impossible de commander quelque chose à grignoter, aucune carte de menu disponible dans la chambre, la réception qui renvoie vers le restaurant, le restaurant qui... This is the most pleasant hotel with impressive high standards throughout from the moment you arrived till you left that i have stayed in in the uk and i have stayed in a number of five star hotels in countries such as egypt and this hotel gave a good account for itself against them. this break was to attend a family function and i also had my parents as guests staying in the room next to ours and they found the whole experience one to remember for all the right reasons. the facilities...
