When we arrived in the evening the landlady was there to meet us, she was very plaesant and friendly and we received a very warm welcome from the moment we set foot inside the front door. the room was bright, airy,clean and also dust-free..a must with my young daughter having eczema. during our stay kath couldn't do enough for us. every morning she had a smile on her face no matter how busy she was, or how hectic it got. it seemed that nothing would ever become a proplem for her.... We have stayed in the guilderoy before so we knew it was excellent. rhona & simon go out of their way to accomodate and nothing is to much trouble. we unfortunately were one short on our party of 4, we had booked 2 double rooms, but one of our party cancelled very unexpectedly, this was no problem for the hotel and simon very kindly only charged us single rate for that room.

I would definately go back to stay again, the owners were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were decorated very nice, and very clean. we had a 15 minute walk to the tower which was handy. there was car parking space available too.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the decor was very nice.

The whole weekend was a pleasure. the landlord and landlady made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in through the door (which was quite late as well). i would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of staying in blackpool. a pleasure to stay there.
