We did not realise how very well equipped the apartment would be - we brought along a lot of stuff we didn't have to - like towels, hairdryers etc. instructions on how to use the heating system and other applicances might be useful for some.
The apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. all the amenities you could wish for and very helpful staff. would definitely use again.

A good experience, you don't mind paying the price if the food and wine is good, unfortunately it wasn't. a beautiful building and grounds.

As above the hotel should have some tables or time slots for guests not having to hope for crumbslate in the evening. whats the use iof having a restaurant if the residents cant use it, might as well just be b & b

A lttle gem of a hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean with a lovelly view of the wye river and of a generous size. food was excellent, and the utmost treat, they turn down your beds and place mars bars on your pillow!!! would recommend to all, very good value for money.

Whilst the check in was reasonably efficient, i was disappointed that we were not informed that our mini bar was locked. the remote control for the stereo was not working - perhaps this should be checked regularly. during our stay there was a fire alarm, clearly it is important to ensure you can evacuate promptly - the staff however, were giving little or no guidance at all about where we should congregate once we had left the building. we decided to eat at the hotel the first...
