The staff were very professional but also friendly. all requests were dealt with. the view was excellent adequate car parking space. although there were weddings on in the hotel we did not feel that we were in the way the spa area was excellent the restaurant food was excellent
The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the river great restaurant

Warm, very clean, fresh - no smells. nice bed and linen.
