This establishment is advertized as a 3 star hotel, but does not nearly live up to its expectations. upon our arrival we were asked to pay the entire stay in advance, and we had to start a discussion about the room rate: the staff only reluctantly agreed upon giving us the internet room rate for an extra night we reserved by telephone, right after the internet reservation. later on we understood why this policy was in place: despite the so-called "renovation", the...
