The hotel was very good, staff were friendly and helpful, setting was great and a free shuttle service between the hotel and costa teguise was a good facility. the only slight problem i experienced was with the reception area where there were insufficient staff on duty. when registering on arrival the receptionist was constantly breaking away to answer the phone and trying to attend to several people at once so the the registering process took quite a bit longer than it...
