The stay was pleasant and nothing was a major problem for us just the little attentions to detail as mentioned before.ok for i /2 nights. was quite difficult to get to due to complicated road systems/ring roads.
Staff helpful about parking situation and arriving early etc.

From the friendly reception and taking in the bags and looking after my car - we felt like we were a guest and not a number - we signed for nothing which showed trust and made us feel very comfortable. we were so pleased we decided to eat in the restaurant as the service and food was amongst the very best and so reasonably priced. the most enjoyable stay i have had for many years

I have nothing further to add, good location close to train and central london.
It had a laid back atmosphere the room was pleasant yet basic.
The breakfast was disgusting and cooked by the cleaner!!! the cutlery was dirty. this was the last thing we done in this accomadation, and it left us with a bad taste in our mouth, quite literally!. breakfasts must be improved, this tainted my overall opinion on what was for the mostpart a lovely place to stay... Beautiful building, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, pretty surroundings, good food. what more could you ask for?
