We enjoyed our stay at best western capitol skyline hotel. our only problem was booking the hotel with venere.com. when we called the day before our check-in to notify them we would be arriving late, the hotel had no record of our booking. they also never heard of venere.com. i explained we booked online and had given them our charge number to hold the room. they were nice enough to match the price venere had given us, and thankfully had a room available for the dates we needed....
