Ease of access. cleanliness.

Quiet, bed comfortable and shower hot in the morning

They do have a wireless connection. if you ask at reception they will give you the code. unfourtunatly my room was too far from the router to get a good enough connection.
Restaurant was very nice with good thai food

We choose the hotel because of its proximity to the castle. whilst it was easily walkable, it was not as near as the online informatiomn suggested (nearer 20 minutes than 10). the landlady was a delight and could not have been more helpful. however most areas would have benefitted from a coat of paint and some minor repairs.

Overall we were very impressed with the hotel. it was very close to the castle, which was the main reason we were visiting warwick. it was also very close to the town centre. the only downfall was the issue we had with the hot water, although we were warned in the room booklet. however i feel i would have liked to have known about this before we booked. it states in the room booklet that it can take 10 minutes for hot water to reach rooms, we waited for just over half an hour for the hot...
