Steps up to reception. room cold on arrival. duvet like a slab and pillows also. shower panel awkward with little access to the taps and the soap dispenser in an inconvenient position. toast bread very thin and i did not like the metal teapots. uncomfortable seats in the bar area and no tv in the main part of the hotel. leisure area very good.
The staff were very pleasant and the parking was convenient to the entrance

Hotel was easy to find,check-in was fast,the room was nice,spoilt only by the fact that one of the windows in the room didn't shut properly thus letting in noise from outside,breakfast in the morning was great,i would like to have known that there was very limited parking at the hotel.
The room was better than i thought,and it was conveniently close to the shops.
