Only just adequate really. staff didn't inspire confidence.
Location: excellent for the centre of gent, trams to almost everywhere.

Very hard to fing hotel due to roadworks. initial impression spoilt by being allocated a room which had not been serviced - and than given a replacement room which also had not been serviced.
Modern basic accodation.

Very nice small hotel in a cute town. good to remember that it is first of all a sports and business hotel e.g. there is a strict non smoking policy. the rooms (in our case luxury) where perfect although no bath was provided just a shower. also do not look for a minibar or safe, there are no possibilities besides a very good restaurant, wich was fully occupied and required reservation, to have a drink. breakfest is served in the restaurant and was very good....
