Personnel tres serviable,et plein de respect envers les clients.jolie chambre et belle salle de bain, tres bonne literie,tv ecran plat bouilloire electrique a disposition avec thé et café à disposition,eau plate et pétillante offerte également.jolie vue sur la place (le burg). chambre 204. très bon buffet petit déjeuner au prix de 22,50 euros (avec charcuteries... I took my mum for a weekend in bruges in july. we picked the relais ravestein for it's emphasis on style, service and comfort and we were not disappointed. we arrived hot and harrassed but were instantly soothed by the stylish and tranquil decor and the very warm welcome of the manager. our room was small but well equipped; fantastically comfortable beds, divine waterfall shower, jacuzzi bath and flat screen tv. we were moved to a junior suite on the second day whose grand... The couple who ran the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. they were always on hand if you needed help with anything. the hotel was incredibly clean.

I would have liked to have known that the room we had was in the annexe. we did not see the bedrooms in the main building (which was very nice). the service was very good.the condition for having to eat in the hotel for one meal, at least, in order to secure the small discount on the rack rates seemed rather petty although with so many restaurants in bruges it was good business from the hotels point of view

Séjour agréable
Bon accueil, personnel aimable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, bar convivial ouvert à partir de 16h, position centrale de l'hotel.
