Very disappointing. room ok, but breakfast buffet lacking choice, stale and not restocked, despite presence of 4 staff. all staff seemed extremely stressed, rushing manically and achieving little, and definitely not contributing to a pleasant experience. 10.30am check-out time does not make for a restful stay either. the hotel did not feel as though it was a friendly and well-managed establishment. i will not return to the hotel when next in the area.( Note : 8/20 - le 27/10/2006 - Activehotels )

He front-desk staff were multi-lingual, always available, accommodating and helpful. the dining rooms are bright, with huge windows overlooking the park and treed main streets, and the included breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy everyone. the promotional material said 100% satisfaction guaranteed and we'd have to say that was true. one of our travelling companions actually asked them to make a reservation at a competing chain hotel in brussels, and...
