Very pleassant, excellent location, hotel design, service and staff. This is a very nice hotel with the benefits of both canal-side location and comfortable,modern facilities.it is a beautifully designed hotel. staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Pouvait être trés bien mais nous ne retournerons jamais là à cause du bruit. Trés bel hôtel Nous avons reserver une chambre luxe et nous nous sommes retrouvés au 1er étage sur la rue avec les camins qui livre dés 6h du matin le magasin d en face spar et nous n 'avons pas dormi. quand je penses qu il y a des chambres sur l arriere de l hotel et calme je trouves ça scandaleux de mettre les chambres luxe au 1er étage et sur la rue.... Directions - although the directions to the hotel were clear, they depended upon street names which were all too often very small and only visible as one reached the turning. the hotel itself was quite plain from the outside, but had a most comfortable interior. the lady who welcomed us was very pleasant and spoke good english - far better than my french! she made us all very welcome. breakfast was excellant. nice fresh bread, croissants, rolls, and preserves. a particularly...
