Enjoyable stay - fulfilled expectations so good value for money.
Excellent room and good leisure facilities. a problem with the shower was fixed straight away.
Furnishings in the main reception area seemed shabby.breakfasts were very good but staff seemed disorganised when busy as did not replenish buffet until reminded several times. dinner in the restaurant excellent but irritating that the fixed price menu had several items that a were... I was expecting a lot more for the price so was generally disappointed.
Thai restaurant was good as were the leisure facilities and the staff
The room was ok but no better than i would expect in a travel lodge and there was no prior indication that it would be in a modern extension of the hotel. breakfast on sunday morning was a shambles with guests having to wait for tables to become available...
