Enjoyable would recommend to other people hope the management get their act together in the busy periods but would not bother with the packed lunch again.
Meal on good friday in the riverside bar took 1.5 hours to arrive not very organised need more tables and chairs, as residents we wanted to eat in cocktail bar as so busy not allowed even though we were staying at the hotel no wonder there was so many people ordering room service that night. packed lunch expensive... Very pleasant location, peaceful, helpful and accommodating staff, used to older discerning clients, relaxing for a leisure stay, convenient for business stop-over.
