The accomodation served its purpose since i had a meeting almost directly across the road. i would stress again the staff were excellent from the receptionist to the lady in the dining who served breakfast.

Superb luxury and a total pleasure to stay at.
The service provided to us by the staff was exceptionally polite and very professional. nothing was too much to ask for for them to give my wife and i 100% satisfaction. i.e. arriving back to the hotel later than we expected to, and the staff still provided us both with a very enjoyable meal that was not cooked by the full time kitchen staff who had already left for the night. many hotels would have provided just cold... Fine, in spite of the malfunctions in the room, the staff were very sweet and i am sure, if we had stayed longer, they would have sorted them all out.
The staff were charming and helpful. hot water in shower plentiful. beds comfortable. the restaurant was wonderful, also with charming staff.

A very nice break and a lovely hotel
The staff are very polite and friendly, the rooms are clean n tidy overall a very plesant stay
