Very noisy at front of hotel, trafiic noise. no iron in room but trouser press-sexist ! dinner cheap but poor quality, food obviously kept warm for some time. had to ask for water, wine list not offered. service slow and surly. poor lighting in room, mirror over dressing table could not be used while seated. one medium sixed bath towel is not enough.... Overall it was okay, would have liked to have been able to have access to a business centre for convenience however the front counter staff were helpful.
Friendly front counter staff.

Used two rooms for meetings being held and found staff were great in terms of setting that up and found the venue very good for what we needed
Staff behind front desk where extremely helpful. waiting on staff so-so.

A very good value for money hotel only a 2 minute stroll from the airport terminal building. the rooms are equipped to a standard that i would expect to find in a much larger and more expensive hotel. the staff could not have been more helpful

Met our needs for an overnight stay.
Public areas very nice. staff courteous & pleasent.

Fine, would probaly revisit when in the location provided the price was similar and not at the price quoted to some of associates who enquired earlier.!!
It was very convenient and the booking process was very easy and quick. the room was clean, the food was slightly above average quality but the fillet steak was extortionately expensive!!

A super hotel and good value for money.
Staff were brilliant, room was spacious and the hotel was very conveniently situated in the centre of richmond.
