From check in, the staff was examplary, exactly what is expected from a 5 star hotel. i was never personally escroted to my room by a member of the front desk staff. i was also impressed how the front desk staff, the bellman and the bartender remembered my name throughout my stay. i have stayed at many so called 5 star hotels and many times i leave disappointed or unfulfilled, this was not te case at your hotel. the room was tastefully appointed and very comfortable. the... Overall the stay was excellent and the facilities were great however the reception area was extremely smoky and the lack of a no smoking area to relax with a drink was disappointing.
